Another way of stating your ranking. Again, think of a line from the most to least experienced individuals in that role. If you're in the 60th percentile, 60% of the line is behind you and 40% is ahead of you.
The number of years of experience that your profile shows for that role.
A ranking based not just on experience in this role, but all of your professional, educational, and personal experience combined.
Use the Tabs to change your view of your career analytics data:
Click the Experience tab to see analysis of your years of work experience compared with others in the same role.
Click the Life Score tab to see analysis of your Life Score compared with others in the same role.
Click the Skills tab to see how your skills compare with others in the same role.
Click the People tab to see how your profile compares with others in the same role.
The Bar Chart shows where your experience ranks within groupings of profiles with experience in the same role.
The Average diagram provides two ways of looking at the typical level of experience for profiles that have experience in the same role.
The MEAN is the arithmetic average, the sum of all the years of experience divided by the number of profiles.
The MEDIAN is the number in the middle -- there are as many profiles with more experience than this number as there are profiles with less experience.
The Ranking diagram provides a visual representation of your "place in line."
It visually shows you how many profiles are above, below and at the same level as you.
