We use an interviewing technique called targeted selection. This forces applicants to give live examples of things they have done or accomplished in the past that will directly reflect their ability to perform the job we are hiring for.

Started at entry level position and was quickly promoted to Customer Service. Relocated to Gastonia as part of the management team and successfully opened and established a Group Health Claim Processing Center. Responsible for hiring,training and development of personnel in all areas of the branch. Specialize in project and expense management. Served as a large account rep and have managed exempt and non-exempt personnel.Management scope included 60 employees and 21 direct reports.... read more
