A killer portfolio! A good portfolio will include more than just images and links. It includes details explaining what you did and how you did it. Also helps tremendously to include supporting documentation such as wire frames, design specs, etc.

A killer portfolio!! Nothing crazy and over produced. Keep it clean, simple and to the point. Also important to show supporting work/documentation such as wire frames, user flows, case studies.
