Training Deployment Coordinator
Single Point of Contact for manager training course for 4 operating companies, 5 trainers, and approximately 40 training sessions
* Manage and facilitate all deployment processes with Deployment, Communications, and Technical Architect teams, using MS Project
* Build and maintain relationships with Deployment Directors, Regional Deployment Coordinators, Trainers, and Administrative support
* Document, resolve, and communicate resolutions on all issues raised as part of deployment
* Manage and facilitate Regional Development Coordinator conference calls to discuss and resolve deployment issues in the field
* Manage vendor schedules and expectations
* Document feedback from the trainers to ensure successful deployment
