What's the secret to getting hired at Accenture?

Accenture was my first job and the most important business consulting school. It was responsible for my consulting perspective, as well as my business-IT integated view. The to getting hired at Accenture is the will to learn, the flexibility to adapt, the ambition to take risks and stand out.
