What advice would you give to a new employee at Combined Insurance?

Be ready to come out of your shell if you haven't already. I sold supplemental life and health insurance for this company for close to a year. Needless to say, it was a tough job. I learned a bunch but realized that cold calling sales is not my cup of tea.
